Welcome to the website for the mighty Mallards CC, the friendliest cricket club in the North East.
2026 sees Mallards start our 50th season (we’re pretty sure); for this year we going back to our more nomadic roots, and using a number of grounds as our ‘home’ pitch. We’ve also lined up a few new opposition teams, thanks to the always wonderful friendly cricket network.
We have a few things in the works for 2027 to celebrate 50 years, to raise the bat and give a little something back to those that have been part of it over the years.
We are always on the lookout for new players and welcome all abilities including complete beginners. Anyone interested in playing for Mallards CC this season can contact us here. Or, if you’re a friendly team looking for a new opposition we’d love to hear from you.
